Penny and Lawson celebrated their 10th and 8th birthdays with their annual Mardi Gras birthday party held as the Krewe of Thoth paraded in fronted of their house. Despite a few minutes of heavy rain, the party was as joyous and lively as always with a wide arrange of very tasty king cakes, festive decorations, and complimentary umbrellas well used by big and small guests. It’s always such a pleasure to photograph these girls and their lovely extended family. My favorite moment this year was when Penny blew out their birthday candle before everyone sang them Happy Birthday. Her face is priceless. Dad quickly relit the candle. Happy Birthday girls!
