Stacey & Spencer | May 14, 2011

Although they live in New York, Stacey and Spencer, both Tulane University grads, decided there was no place like New Orleans to say “I Do.” In the courtyard of the historic Hermann Grima House in the French Quarter, they married with the groom’s father presiding. Guests followed the bride and groom into the streets for a spirited second-line. The reception proceeded at the Opera Guild, an elegant mansion built in the Lower Garden District in 1865 and adorned with decor from the 18th and 19th centuries. Stacey surprised her new husband with a table full of hand-rolled cigars. The band grooved as the guests danced into the night. It was a gorgeous New Orleans wedding.
